Polynucleotides are advanced injectable skin-regenerating treatments derived from purified DNA fragments. They work by stimulating the skin’s natural repair processes, improving skin quality from within rather than adding volume.

Unlike dermal fillers, polynucleotides do not change facial shape. Instead, they strengthen and rejuvenate the skin, making them particularly suitable for delicate areas such as the under-eye, where the skin is thin and prone to early ageing.

Polynucleotide injections

This makes it particularly suitable for thin, crepey, or tired-looking under-eye skin. Results develop gradually, creating a refreshed, natural appearance without puffiness or heaviness.

At Adeera we use Plinest or Vitaran as this has the highest dose of polynucleotides. Expect to see blebs which last for 24 hours, bruising can occur so plan accordingly.
