 • AHAs, BHAs, exfoliating acids
 • Benzoyl peroxide
 • Inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, medications, or recent skin treatments
 • Avoid heat-based activities (sauna, steam room, hot baths) for 24–48 hours before treatment

 • Hot showers or baths
 • Saunas and steam rooms
 • Intense exercise
 • Do not use active skincare products on the treated area for 5–7 days
 • Keep the skin hydrated and moisturised using gentle, fragrance-free products
 • Avoid waxing, plucking, or threading between sessions
 • Shaving is permitted if needed
