Most clients benefit from a facial every 4–6 weeks to maintain healthy, balanced skin and address ongoing concerns.

Results can often be seen after one session, however the number of sessions required depends on your skin concerns and goals. For optimal, long-term results we usually recommend a course, which can be discussed during your consultation.

A full skin assessment and skin consultation will take place at the start of your appointment so if the practitioner feels you would be better suited to a different treatment this will be discussed with you at the time. if you are unsure as to what to choose, we have the option 'Decide on the day' facial which you can book instead.

Most facials have little to no downtime. Mild redness or sensitivity may occur and usually settles within 24 hours.

It’s best to avoid makeup for 12–24 hours to allow the skin to breathe and absorb the benefits of the treatment.

Yes. Treatments can be tailored to sensitive or reactive skin. Always inform your therapist of any sensitivities.

Some clients may experience mild purging as the skin detoxifies. This is temporary and usually resolves quickly.
