To reschedule or cancel your appointment a minimum of 48 hour notice is required. You can only reschedule your appointment once. A second attempt will require a new deposit. Any cancellations will forfeit your deposit. Please ensure that you are committed to your appointment before booking. Failure to attend the scheduled appointment or cancellations on the day of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and your card will be charged the full treatment price. Full upfront payment needs to be made to schedule a new appointment.

A 15 minute grace period is allowed for late arrival. After this time, your appointment may be cancelled, or the treatment time may be reduced. You are welcome to bring a plus one, however they must wait in the waiting area for health & safety reasons. Please arrive make-up free.
