If you are unsure about what treatment to book, please book an In-Clinic Consultation option found on the boking system. The deposit goes towards your bespoke treatment on the day. You will receive:
Hands-on Skin analysis + Immediate Treatment Start
Tailored In-Clinic Treatment Plan designed to address your skin concerns
Skincare Recommendations
Opportunity for Prescription Skincare
£20 Redeemable deposit towards your personalised treatment on-the day.

Question 4

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Accepted Answer

To reschedule or cancel your appointment a minimum of 48 hour notice is required. You can only reschedule your appointment once. A second attempt will require a new deposit.
Any cancellations will forfeit your deposit. Please ensure that you are committed to your appointment before booking.

Failure to attend the scheduled appointment or cancellations on the day of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and your card will be charged the full treatment price. Full upfront payment needs to be made to schedule a new appointment.

Question 5

Arriving to Your Appointment

A 15 minute grace period is allowed for late arrival. After this time, your appointment may be cancelled, or the treatment time may be reduced.

You are welcome to bring a plus one, however they must wait in the waiting area for health & safety reasons.

Please arrive make-up free.

Treatment Suitability

It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information, medications, and skin conditions prior to treatment.
Adeera Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. In such cases, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment.

Refunds

All treatments and deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Results can vary between individuals, and refunds are not offered based on treatment outcomes.

Gift Vouchers

Accepted Answer

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.
Adeera Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
